Come join Melinda for the 1 day Level 1 Reiki Class. Reiki is a specific healing technique based on the ancient Japanese principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. This one day course is the beginning level of Reiki training. You will be able to give yourself Reiki, your family, friends and pets Reiki. You will discover your ability to bring healing energy to yourself and to others. Class for Reiki I includes lecture, discussion and experience in the following: 1. Learn the history of Reiki 2. Energy awareness of the body’s energy systems 3. Learn instruction on how to practice self-healing with Reiki 4. Receive Reiki I Attunements 5. Receive your Reiki I Certification
